Set in the enviable location of El Saltador, Huércal-Overa in Almeria / Andalucia, which is a small, typically Spanish village in a rural setting but still very close to the coast, having the best of both worlds. 
Facilities available on site are the warden's office, a Spanish bowling pitch ("petanca"),
allotments, greenhouse and BBQ and garden areas.
 In the near future (2012) there are plans to set up a members and guests only
entertainment club. In the interim, residents make use of several local clubs only
minutes away from the resort. By 2013, the proposed club will include a gym and spa
centre.
The resort, facilities, location and additional services have been conceptualized with the aim of making your life as stress free and enjoyable as possible.
You will have access to a warden/concierge to take care of your every need and assist you with all administrative processes. We provide perfectly insulated dwellings allowing you to enjoy the four seasons regardless of the climate. We have created a community atmosphere where you can engage with other residents in clubs and group activities, all in the beautiful surroundings of orange groves
and the picturesque hills of El Saltador, Huercal Overa, Almeria, ANDALUCIA, Spain.
Situated just 3-minutes from one of the best hospitals in Spain and within 15 minutes of the magical beaches of San Juan.

There are two types of ownership; Lifetime lease and Full ownership. However, you can also start with a lifetime lease and at a later date, change to full ownership. Please see Bungalow price list page for more details.
Health care services are offered by Almeria Angels and lifestyle services by a carefully selected group of professionals from the area.
All wardens are of British nationality but fluent in Spanish. They are carefully selected and trained by Almeria angels in several capacities related to health and personal skills. The wardens are available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
