The Spanish Retirement Community Village, (ready for summer 2010), comprised of 60 apartments provides a new concept in living the Mediterranean lifestyle. With health care and lifestyle services offered on site or at your home. The village has been developed with an outlook on healthy retirement living and a love of the warmth of the Mediterranean.
Set in the enviable location of Los Lobos in Almeria / Andalucia, which is a small, typically Spanish village in a rural setting but still very close to the coast, having the best of both worlds.
Just four minutes by car to San Juan de Los Terreros, ten minutes to Apartmentricos or Aguilas, and twenty minutes to Mojacar or Huercal Overa. The new AP-7 Vera-Cartagena highway is only two minutes by car. (See Almeria location maps).
There are two types of ownership; Lifetime lease and Full ownership. However, you can also start with a lifetime lease and at a later date, change to full ownership. Please see apartment price list page for more details.
Health care services are offered by Almeria Angels and lifestyle services by a carefully selected group of professionals from the area.
All wardens are of British nationality but fluent in Spanish. They are carefully selected and trained by Almeria angels in several capacities related to health and personal skills. The wardens are available 24 hours, 7 days a week.

The village consists of 3000 square metres of land dedicated to apartments, reception / community and well-being facilities, green areas and an underground parking with storage facilities.
A further 10,000 square metres at different locations, all within walking distance, holds three centres, the crown green bowling facilities, the gardening centre and the animal centre.
The entire village is step free, including swimming pools, saunas and even the Jacuzzis.
The underground parking, ground floor and first floor are connected by four extra large elevators servicing all floors.
All gates gaining access to the retirement community are double size and all doors gaining access into the apartments are one and a half times the regular size.
The entire design process of the retirement community has been supervised by Almeria Angels' principal, Nicola Wakeman aiming to provide a comfortable resort for all residents.
