About the Retirement Community Village Spain and Apartment Design

The retirement community provides everything you need for the activities including fishing boat, green house, garage, tools, crown bowling green, mini-bus, kitchen and classroom.
About the retirement community village
The retirement village, apartments and services have been designed with great care and attention to detail.

The village consists of 3,000 square metres of land dedicated to apartments, reception, community and well-being facilities, green areas and underground parking with storage facilities.
A further 10,000 square metres at different locations, all within easy walking distance, holds three centres, the crown green bowling facilities, the gardening centre and the animal centre.
The entire village is step free, including swimming pools, saunas and even the Jacuzzis.
The underground parking, ground floor and first floor are connected by four extra large elevators servicing all floors.
All gates gaining access to the village are double size and all doors gaining access into the apartments are one and a half times the regular size. Corridors are always of a minimum of two metres wide.
The underground parking rises a metre above street level in order to get natural light into the building, making the building energy efficient and user friendly.
The entire design process of the retirement village has been supervised by Almeria Angels' principal, Nicola Wakeman aiming to provide a comfortable and safe place for all residents.

Quantum’s innovative approach to personalising living space allows clients two types of apartments:
A fixed-size apartment
There are 22 apartments of a set size which cannot be increased or decreased. However, the internal layout is your choice.
For example, within a 60 square metres apartment, it is up to you if you want it to be a big open space, have one very large bedroom, or two normal size bedrooms. You can also choose to increase or decrease the kitchen, bathroom, etc. You choose the internal layout...
Some restrictions apply to minimum sizes due to council and architectural regulations.
A ‘choose-size’ apartment
There are 1,422 square metres of building available for sale in two buildings, of two levels each.
You can choose how many square metres you would want your apartment to be and you can choose the internal layout.

All apartments come with:
- Triple glazing and double wall insulation to protect from Spanish summer heat.
- Top quality air conditioning units with regular servicing for best air quality

Completion date - The Retirement Community Village will be ready for Autumn/Winter 2010.
