General information

Dwellings at the resort vary in design but all keep to a “traditional” style suited to the surrounding area. Dwellings have access to Sky TV, ADSL internet, mains electricity, water, sewage, tarmac ked roads, street paths and a good level of street lighting.

Type of accommodation Currently we offer detached bungalows

inCurrently we offer detached bungalows in 4 different layouts and four sizes. In the future we are planning to offer semi-detached bungalows available with a communal swimming pool.

Bungalow sizes

1. 60 sqm, 1 or 2 bedrooms and 1 or 2 baths
2. 70 sqm, 2 or 3 bedrooms and 1 or 2 baths
3. 80 sqm, 2 or 3 bedrooms and 1 or 2 baths
4. 90 sqm, 2 or 3 bedrooms and 1 or 2 baths

Bungalow plot sizes

200, 300 and 400 sqm.

Bungalow status

Already built or built within 90 days.

Bungalow finishing

You can personally choose the interior and exterior colour of your bungalow. You can also choose the kitchen fittings, the floor tiles, the bathroom tiles and shower and bath fittings.

Insulation

All second generation bungalows (now selling) have been upgraded with thermal and sound insulation providing further comfort all year round. This insulation feature comes as standard in all bungalows at no extra cost.

Heating

A wood or gas fireplace, air conditioning unit, centralised air conditioning unit and underfloor heating are all installation options for your bungalow. Prices are dependent on the size of the bungalow. (Not included in the standard pricing). Cooling Air conditioning units, centralised air conditioning units, ceiling fans and underground cooling can also be installed in your bungalow. (Not included in the standard pricing).

Special needs

All bungalows, doors, corridors and turns are wheelchair accessible and contain no steps. Bungalows requiring further disability features can also be built on request.

Non-standard bungalow layout and sizes are also available. Extra charges may apply.
