Community clubs, groups and activities aim to provide the residents with a positive environment for an active life.
The retirement community provides everything you need for the activities including fishing boat, green house, garage, tools, crown bowling green, mini-bus, kitchen and classroom.
Joining clubs, groups and activities are fully optional for residents.
Car and bike restoration
The community provides:
- A garage with ample space for three cars
- Tools
- Kitchenette and rest area for members
Location: Underground parking facility.
The community does not provide for the expenses of any initiatives the club members might want to undertake once established, such as purchase of classic vehicles, spare parts, additional tools, etc. Greenhouse gardening
The retirement community provides:
- Green house facilities
- Water supply
- Electricity supply
- Tools
Location: The greenhouse is located within walking distance of the village community.
The retirement village does not provide for the expenses of any initiatives the group members might want to undertake once established, such as purchase of pots, seeds, etc.
Crown green bowling
The community provides:
- Crown green bowling facilities
- Water supply
- Electricity supply
- Kiosk
- Crown green bowls kits
Location: The green bowling is located within walking distance of the community.
The retirement village does not provide for the expenses of any initiatives the group members might want to undertake once established, such as league fees, competition trips, etc.
Arts and Crafts
Painting, pottery and sewing
The community provides:
- Classroom
- Kitchenette and rest area for members
- Tools
Location: Reception building
The retirement village does not provide for the expenses of material the group members might want to use once established, such as clay, paints, etc.
Golf
The community provides:
- Sets of golf clubs available for general use.
- Discount rates with local golf courses.
Location: 5 golf courses located within 15 minutes drive. Set of golf clubs at the warden office in the reception building.
The community does not provide for the expenses of any initiatives the group members might wants to undertake such as registration fees, competition trips, etc.
Fishing
The community provides:
- Fishing boat
- Fishing gear available for general use
Location: Aguilas or Garrucha marina depending on availability.
The retirement village does not provide for the cost of the marina, maintenance, fishing expeditions and baits for the group users.
Volunteers and fund raising
The community provides:
- Meeting room
- Kitchenette and rest area for members
- Contact with local charity groups
The retirement village does not provide for the expenses of any initiatives the group users might want to undertake such as charity events, organised trips, etc.

Power walking
The community provides:
- Heart rate metres
- Sport advice
- Contact with other local power walking groups
The retirement village does not provide for the material the group users might need for the practice of the activity such as sport shoes, sport clothes, etc.
Location: Five well marked and scenic walking routes within the area.
Weekly market visit
The community provides:
- Mini-bus with driver
- Three return trips
Location: The mini-bus departs from the reception building.
Monthly cultural excursions
The community provides:
- Mini-bus with driver
- One full day trip
The retirement village does not provide expenses made during the excursions such as meals, admission fees, etc.

Spanish language
