24 hours Almeria Angels´ English speaking warden

All wardens are of British nationality but fluent in Spanish. They are carefully selected and trained by Almeria angels in several capacities related to health and personal skills. The wardens are available 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Their main duties are:

• Assist residents with daily issues
• Take bookings for services
• Keep club, groups and activities calendars

The warden also has help from:

• Full time handyman
• Part time assistant
• WIFI internet

The internet is an amazing window of opportunity for research, entertainment and communication. The retirement village offers WIFI internet to all users. Therefore, you can access the internet from your laptop wherever you are within your home or anywhere else in the retirement village.

Introduction courses to internet will be available to all residents

Individual teleconferences

Similar to tele-doctor, this facility allows you to talk and see anyone anywhere as long as they have internet and a computer with a webcam.

Introduction courses to teleconferencing will be available to all residents as well as a help to set up their internet address book of family and friends.

Visual intercom

It allows you to see and talk to the warden or any resident, as well as provide access to anyone at the retirement village.

It is a two way visual communication for warden and residents.

It is a one way visual communication always, for providing access to the retirement village.

Indoor and outdoor medical alarm

Monitored medical alarm systems provide the highest level of personal protection.

The resident can get assistance by pressing a button placed at different locations in the apartment, the village or a personal alarm. However, depending on client needs, we can personalise the alarm system to fit their particular situation.

Voice recognition lights

Switching a light off or on is as simple as clapping or saying, light off, light on!

Voice recognition lights are installed in every apartment.
